Rishikesh, situated on the right bank of Ganga and surrounded on three sides by the Himalayas, Raja ji national park (Tiger Reserve) wild life are the other attractions for the tourists and wild lover. Jim Corbett National Park, the Home of the roaring tiger, trumpeting elephant and the warbling birds, presenting a scene of remarkable beauty, nestling in the foot-hills of Kumaon region of Uttarakhand. The park offers different kinds of vegetation all along its varied topography and wild animals which add to its attraction are: Tiger, Leopard, jungle cat, himalayan black bear, elephant, porcupine, chital, barking deer etc. Some of the birds commonly seen here are osprey, crested serpent eagle, blackwinged kite, shiskra, pallas’s fishing eagle, spotted eagle, minivets, shrikes, babblers etc.

Itinerary


  • Day 1: Delhi - Rishikesh

    Our representatives will pick you up from the airport and drive you to Rishikesh. Later in the evening we will witness the arti at Parmarth Niketan Ashram on the holy banks of mother Ganga.

  • Day 2: Rishikesh (Jeep safari in Raja ji National Park)

    Today, in the morning we’ll drive to Raja ji National Park.It is one of the finest habitats for Leopards and Elephant in India and is nestled in the foothills of the spectacular Himalayas. Later afternoon we’ll drive and then walk to the one of beautiful water fall in the area.

  • Day 3: Rishikesh

    Today, In the morning after breakfast, we’ll drive to Kunjapuri. Kunjapuri is one of the 13 important Goddesses of the Himalayan Foot hills. Initially the trek goes through the village and later we’ll pass through forest and meadows all the way down.

  • Day 4: Rishikesh - Corbett National Park

    Today, after breakfast, we’ll drive to Jim Corbett National Park, the first wildlife reserve established in India. It is one of the finest habitats for tigers in India and is nestled in the foothills of the spectacular Himalayas. It is spread over 520 sq. km along the banks of the Ramganga River which winds through its entire length in a south-west direction.

  • Day 5: Corbett National park (Jeep Safari)

    In the early morning we’ll drive to Jim Corbett Tiger Reserve which is the dedicated area for the tigers in the park. This zone is the prey ground of the big cats where they hunt the nilgai, cheetal, sambhar and the wild boars which makes this place perfect for the exploring of tigers

  • Day 6: Corbett National Park - Delhi

    Today, After breakfast, we’ll drive to Delhi. There we will enjoy an excellent farewell dinner before your transfer to the international airport or the place of your choice.
